Yeah I Made It...10/52 Photo Books

The last 2 years I have participated in the 52 project where you take a photo of your child every week.

It might be true that I am several years behind in printing my photos, yes! but I have managed to upload the 52 (ish ++) photos from each week of last year. I did the year before too and it makes me happy to think of these being a little record that belongs to them as they grow.

The boys are thrilled to have these and we have so enjoyed looking through them and talking about our memories of the year that has been.

Now to get the photos from 2014 organised and printed. I'm a convert to photo books now so much less work than getting photos and an album and putting them all in... I'll add that to the goals list.

Happy memories for 2 special boys - sorted and done. Are you up to date with printing your photos?

Sometimes I wonder that even though children these days are so well photographed how many of them will have any physical records or if they'll disappear with the speed of technology??

You had me at photos- you know I am an avid scrapbooker! I am up to date with our family album but a year behind on the boys individual books.

Who did you print the books through? I got one done and just received it today and I'm so annoyed because I messed it all up so now I need to redo :(

oh no Tammy that is so disappointing! I did mine through snapfish and I have also used Diamond photos in NZ. x

I love photo books....have completed seven this year so far....just need to get on and do my 52 weeks from last year. .

I have spent the past two weekends printing off camera memory sticks and doing old school scrapbooking :) I tried doing an on-line album but found it tedious and I admit I am not good at learning new computer systems - I am just too impatient! So I hauled out the scrapbooking supplies and have done lots and lots of simple pages. But I am nearly a the end of all my Creative Memories stock, so might switch over to Project Life. Your albums are lovely.

well done you - I'm pretty impatient with new systems too but the printing and organising is even worse so I shall continue with photo books! The one I used was very safe for idiots! :o) x

I spent the two weeks my kids were at Mums over summer catching up on 3 years of holidays and celebrations photo books . . . What a mammoth job so yeah I get you re ticking off lists!
I still need to do the photo months
